Use advice where it can be evaluated
Decision models can flag specification conflicts, rank context, triage failures and prioritise reviews. Responses carry sources and confidence, with deterministic fallbacks when advice is unavailable.
Keep recommendations separate from authority
Decision models cannot assign ownership, waive review, close findings or authorise publication. Their recommendations are evaluated against observed outcomes before influencing policy.
