Keep publication credentials at the gateway
Workers do not receive credentials for protected branches. The gateway performs writes only against a current intent authorised by the primary database.
Reconcile uncertain publication outcomes
If a push response is lost, Hyperfide checks the remote state before retrying. Expected-head checks guard against writes based on stale branch state.
